RJ Developments focuses mainly on shop and garage construction. Having a great deal of experience in this area gives us an advantage towards building efficiently and cost effectively. Having facilitated many of these buildings from permitting through to completion, RJ Developments will have answers to all of your questions.  

Skid steer services

We are skid steer equipped to handle all aspects of base preparation for concrete, landscaping, etc. Drilling holes for fence posts and deck piles, jackhammering old concrete, and preparing ground for sod are some of the many jobs we handle with our skid steers.

Additions and Basement Development

Attached garages, additions and basement development are services we provide as well. We would love to come view your project and provide you with a free estimate.

Fences, Decks and More

RJ Developments has many innovative designs to enhance your backyard living. Choose from pressure treated, cedar or composite materials to create the fence and deck that you’ll love.

Heating and Electrical

As we are not electricians or HVAC techs, we sub-contract these portions of the build out to the experts in those fields. We maintain good relationships with our fellow tradesmen and we will facilitate the sub-contract so you, the home owner, won’t have to. We’ll leave you with a finished product ready for use.

Winter Snow Removal

As construction slows down through the winter, we stay busy doing snow removal with our skid steers. Call us for your commercial lots, acreage driveways and any skid steer sized snow removal jobs you may have.
